From the 23rd November to 11th December, HQ NCC conducted the 58th Cadet Officer Course for post secondary students. The objective of the course was to nature young leaders in mentoring and managing other people. Trough a Leadership camp which involved numerous situational tests, practical and theoretical exercises, cadets are expected o demonstrate skills and proficiencies of the NCC Syllabus, while activities include lessons on conflict management, delegation, decision-making and negotiation skills. Cadets also had the opportunity to meet senior officers who shared their experiences of leadership.
We the SJI NCC (Air) Company would like to congratulate the 2 new C/OFFRs Jeremy Tang and Nicholas Fung for successfully completing the course. With your expertise and guidance, we’re sure that together we can soar to greater heights!
